Just 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, come and delight your taste buds with refined dishes and generous cuisine. In a delicate and warm atmosphere, savor semi-gastronomic cuisine combining freshness and flavor. A unique menu will be served to you on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime, taste vegetables from our vegetable garden and regional products. Delight your senses in our tourist residence in St Rémy de Provence, in the warm room or on the shaded terrace.

Breakfast

Every morning between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., let yourself be tempted by the breakfast offered in our hotel residence with restaurant in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Taste the various salty and sweet dishes, local, fresh and/or organic that will garnish our buffet. Awaken gently while tasting local jams, cheeses from St-Rémy-de-Provence, fruits, pastries, hot and cold drinks, cereals, madeleines, yogurts and many others.

The head chef

Mathias, Master Restaurateur and disciple of Escoffier, has a taste for a job well done and the desire to only work with local products, from the region's productions. With his semi-gastronomic cuisine, Mathias puts taste and color in each of his dishes to be as close as possible to the product and respecting the seasons. After working in the most renowned establishments in the region, Mathias decided to open his own restaurant “Ô caprices de Mathias”.

From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day, during your stay in our hotel residence with a restaurant in St Rémy, you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a hot drink at the Residences de Métifiot bar. Sip a cocktail and enjoy all the sweetness of life in Provence. Remember to discover our local specialties like Farigoule.

The events

For all your events such as a birthday, a baptism or a retirement, organize a festive and friendly meal at the Résidences de Métifiot. For a maximum of 50 people, bring together all your loved ones.
